Camp site arrivals are after 12.30 and departures are before 11.30.
Chalet arrivals are after 14.30 and departures before 10.00
Chalet Bookings are a minimum off 2 nights.
Campsite bookings are a minimum off 2 nights on Friday or Saturday bookings and 3 nights minimum on bank holidays.
All bbq's must be off the floor so that not on the ground and also at least 10m from cabins. On the gravelled area is fine.

dogs must always be on a lead no longer than 3m in length no acceptions.
Pets are allowed on campsite but not in chalets MAKE SURE THERE MESS IS CLEARED UP !!

Only toilet waste goes down the Chalets no face wipes, baby wipes, sanitary towels etc.
if you have children with you are responsible for there supervision 100% off the time.
We do not reserve pitches they are allocated on a first served basis.
pre payment for your stay may be required which is non transferable and non refundable in the event off a cancellation.
On cabin bookings were more than 1 has been booked by 1 person it is classed as a group booking and an additional pre authorisation fee will be required.
We reserve the right to refuse entry too anyone we see not suitable.

There is no through access past the main house walking back into broadway is back up pry lane. I would advise having an os map clearly showing PUBLIC FOOTPATHS so you no where you can and can't walk.When walking into broadway in the evening it is recommended that you take a torch.
The booking is made on the understanding that the facilities will be placed at your disposal on the dates stated. Should this not be possible due to events outside of our control, for example fire , flood, Snow or damage which could force us to cancel your booking/close the site , we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative in which case all monies paid will be returned to you in full, if any has been payed, any additional loss on your behalf is not our responsibility.This May be the case upto point off arrival or part way through your stay.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without further notice due to circumstances beyond our control even unto point off arrival.
Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for leaving rooms in the condition they were in upon arriving. We reserve the right to add the costs of any damages or theft of Northwick farm property to a guest’s account after departure. In the case of debit/credit card bookings, the card of the person or agent responsible for the booking will be debited with the costs, for which receipts will be provided, unless other payment methods are offered and approved. Vehicles and possessions are left at own risk. Max 4 occupants. No bedding, towels, kitchen table/benches are too leave the accommodation!
If part of a group booking, ensure all items that leave your chalet are returned too it!
if they are not you may be charged for the time it takes to re itemise everything.
For the convenience and safety of all guests, Northwick farm lodges is strictly a non-smoking entity. Guests who smoke in their room will be asked to leave, will be charged a £150 fee for dry-cleaning of soft furnishings from the room and may be charged for loss of income caused by the need to extensively ventilate the room before the next letting. We reserve the right to add these costs to a guest’s account after departure. In the case of debit/credit card bookings, the card of the person or agent responsible for the booking will be debited with the costs, for which receipts will be provided, unless other payment methods are offered and approved.
Guests will be issued with a front door key on check-in. One set of keys will be issued per lodge. Additional keys may only be issued on payment of a £20 deposit.
If keys are lost or not returned on departure, a replacement fee of £20 per set will be charged to the room account. In the case of debit/credit card bookings, the card of the person or agent responsible for the booking will be debited with the replacement fee unless other payment methods are offered and approved.
